The passwords generator - passwdgen:

The UNIX version of this software is downloadable for some platforms. If you need assistance please send your questions by e-mail to titaniumkeys@mac.com.

It is in the process of being developed and a more advanced version and will be available for Windows^® and MacOS X^®.
It also will be developed in Java^®.

Basically, the UNIX version of this software is free and open source, even if the idea is in the process of being patented.
If you intend to use it professionally, it could be a good idea to ask for specific services, such as the customization of rules suitable for your purposes, which would enhance the use of this security product. Such additional services would attract relevant fees and charges.
